Christine and Timothy Mtonga know that the simple act of giving can go a long way to changing someone’s life. A decade ago they received seven goats from Self Help Africa. Since then their income and nutrition has improved and, thanks to the pass-on scheme, other households in their village are now experiencing change in their lives too.
