INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS 

Self Help Africa is in the process of updating its register of vendors for supply of various goods, services and works for a term of two (2) years. Interested and existing vendors are invited to apply for the Pre-qualification of suppliers’  as per categories listed.

Request for Clarifications 

Any requests for clarifications should be submitted to [email protected] by Thursday  5th February 2026 and all responses shall be posted on the website, under the name request for clarifications. 

Submission 

The duly completed pre-qualification documents indicating the category number, item description and clearly marked “Pre-qualification of Vendors 2026 – 2027” should be submitted via email through [email protected]  and addressed as follows:

The closing date for the submission of the applications will be Thursday 12th February 2026 at 4.00 p.m.
