    1. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary should climatic or any other unforeseen circumstances make this necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel the trip if there is an advisory issued against travel.
    2. Participants are responsible for their own vaccinations. Please consult your doctor about your requirements.
    3. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and a copy must be submitted to Self Help Africa prior to travel.
    4. If you are refused passage and/or entry/exit to Kenya, any additional costs incurred are your responsibility.
    5. If you have any medical conditions that could be affected by strenuous activity, you must get written clearance from your doctor. In signing below to the conditions you confirm that your general state of health and fitness is good and that you take full responsibility for yourself.
    6. You accept that all instructions given to you on the challenge must be observed for your own safety.
    7. There will be no refund on any monies raised should you withdraw from the trip.
    8. All flights and travel arrangements are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes with the soonest possible notice.
    9. Transfers to/from Dublin airport are at your own expense.
    10. Participants take part at their own risk and hereby indemnify Self Help Africa and its agents against claims for loss or damage, or personal injury (or death) and any claim arising from the participants own actions.
    11. Self Help Africa take all reasonable steps to safeguard our staff and the communities we work with. All participants are expected to sign and follow the Self Help Africa code of conduct which sets our principles and standards of conduct and integrity for all visitors to our community.
    12. Self Help Africa is committed to protecting all those deemed vulnerable in the course of its work and has a number of policies that address this position, they can be found on our website. Self Help Africa require all participants to sign the Child Protection Policy and be aware of the Dochas Code of Conduct.
