We asked and you answered – a big thank you to all our supporters who took part in our recent online survey. It’s really important to us, that we understand what you think of our work, and what you think we should be doing.

 We were heartened to receive nearly 500 responses, which provided us with valuable feedback on our approach, and our longer-term solutions to help end poverty in sub-Saharan Africa. It was encouraging to learn that our vision and goals appear to broadly align with yours – we suppose that’s why you’re supporters and we’re very thankful!

 A snapshot of our survey results:

·       More than 75% prefer to support causes that provider longer-term solutions to poverty, that help people become more independent and self-sufficient.

·      Over 75% agree that our approach looks for sustainable, lasting solutions to poverty, and admire the ‘self help’ model.

·       Nearly 70% would support a general fund supporting women and micro-entrepreneurs.
