Following our merger with Gorta in July 2014, we are governed by a Board of Directors which is responsible for strategy development and consolidation of the group. The Board is chaired by Tom Kitt, a former Minister for Overseas Development. (see story)

Board sub committees provide specific oversight of programmes, audit and finance, remuneration and appointments.

The United States operation is governed by a separate and independent board.

The Chief Executive of the group is Ray Jordan, who has more than 20 years experience in the developing world.
