Self Help Africa is once again partnering with the TCS New York City Marathon. 51,000 runners will run 26.2 miles through the five boroughs of NYC, with countless spectators cheering them from the sidewalks and fans supporting them from around the world. By running as a Team Self Help Africa member, you will be both a runner and a fundraiser. As a fundraiser, you will support our work by raising a minimum of $4,000.

Proceeds raised go towards Self Help Africa’s work to alleviate hunger, poverty, social inequality, and the impact of climate change in sub-Saharan Africa. In addition, for every dollar that Self Help Africa raises, it has the potential to raise an additional $9 in funding from governments and foundations.
