Name of Staff: Ernest Alexander Muwamba
Position: Team Leader

As part of an integral GREENTech4CE team, Ernest Alexander Muwamba joins the organization as Team Leader and will provide leadership, managerial and technical oversight of the project in order to facilitate growth of start-ups and MSMEs in the green, circular and digital economy in Zambia.

Name of Staff: Kabwe K. Phiri
Position: Enterprise Programme Manager

As part of an integral GREENTech4CE team, Kabwe will support the development of a pipeline of potential applicants to benefit from programme support through enhanced networking and collaboration with key stakeholders. She will be responsible for monitoring implementation progress, draw learnings from across projects and conduct due diligence and suitability for funding. Kabwe will provide leadership and support to Technical Managers in the planning and delivery of implementation activities.

Name of Staff: Benson Ntini
Position: Technical Manager – BDSP/MSME

As part of an integral GREENTech4CE team, Benson provides comprehensive scoping and mapping exercises to identify Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) with the potential to support MSMEs in the green, circular, and digital (GCD) economy. He will assess various aspects of the BDSPs and businesses, including administrative and compliance needs, technical skills, management and staff structure, governance, business model efficiency, market size, competition, environmental and social impact, and investment needs. Additionally, Benson will track the progress and impact of BDSPs that receive grants, ensuring they successfully recruit and support MSMEs in the GCD economy.

Name of Staff: Lucy Chibawa Chitupa
Position: Technical Manager- Critical Raw Minerals

As part of the GREENTech4CE team, Lucy will lead efforts to support artisanal, small, and large mining enterprises in adopting sustainable mining practices, with a key focus on promoting circularity through sustainable extraction and processing of Critical Raw Materials (CRMs). She will also drive initiatives that encourage the recycling and upcycling of mining waste and electronic waste. In her role, Lucy will ensure the project is aligned with the EU-Zambia Strategic Partnership on CRMs, offering both technical and financial expertise to stakeholders and MSMEs to foster a greener, more sustainable mining industry.

Name of Staff: Michael Bwalya
Position: Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

As part of an integral GREENTech4CE team, Michael Bwalya supports the project with all monitoring, evaluation, value for money, and knowledge management activities related to the programme.

Michael Bwalya has a background foundation in Research and information systems management, he brings over 10year’s experience in designing, implementing, and managing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks, coupled with project management, social research, and training, having worked in Zambia, Eswatini and South Africa, in both the private and social development sectors.

Name of Staff: Mwiinga Malumo

Position: Technical Manager – Digital and Financial Innovation

As part of the integral GREENTech4CE team, Mwiinga Malumo serves as Technical Manager for Digital and Financial Innovation, driving the implementation of digital strategies that support the growth of MSMEs in Zambia’s green, circular, and digital economy. His work focuses on enhancing MSME access to digital tools, financial solutions, and market visibility.

Mwiinga collaborates closely with financial service providers, business development service providers, and tech partners to co-create inclusive, scalable solutions. He also leads efforts to develop e-learning content, digital policy briefs, and innovation pilots that align with the GREEN Tech4CE market systems approach. His goal is to foster sustainable and tech-enabled business models that are accessible, impactful, and future-ready.

Name of Staff: Tibone Moyo
Position: Technical Manager Green and Circular Economy

As part of an integral GREENTech4CE team, Tibone will be responsible for the management of the portfolio assigned, including pipeline generation through networking, information sessions etc. She will also provide leadership in the project refinement for contracting for each company within her portfolio. She will monitor implementation progress, participate in M&E activities, conduct due diligence/capacity assessments, provide technical assistance and coaching to the portfolio of selected businesses.

Name of Staff: Lubomba Nachilobe
Position: Lead Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

As part of an integral GREENTech4CE Team, Lubomba will lead the planning and implementation of the overall Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system for the GREEN Tech4CE project, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement of MEL systems. Her expertise will ensure that the project achieves measurable impact towards sustainable growth within the green, circular, and digital economy sectors.


She will oversee the development and review of the M&E plan, design data collection tools, and ensure timely, accurate reporting across project and enterprise levels. Lubomba will manage assessments, develop results measurement metrics, and prepare key M&E reports. Additionally, she will integrate lessons learned and risks into implementation, support knowledge sharing, and build partner capacity in data management to enhance learning and innovation within the project.

Name of Staff: Godfrey Kabwe
Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Godfrey Kabwe is a highly motivated Demographer experienced in Monitoring and Evaluation, Research, and Implementation. As the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the GREENTech4CE project, he plays a crucial role in assessing the impact of initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable economic growth in Zambia. Godfrey excels in project coordination, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis techniques to provide actionable insights. His proficiency in data analysis software enables him to effectively track project performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of strategies within the green and circular economy sectors.

Name of Staff: Kafoyo Kamwendo 
Position: MSME, Digital & Financial Innovations Officer

Kafoyo Kamwendo brings a strong skill set in MSME development, digital innovation, and financial structuring, with a strong background in credit analysis, digital finance, and impact investing. He has extensive experience working with MSMEs in Zambia, supporting them in becoming investment-ready and facilitating access to capital through innovative financing mechanisms. His expertise includes credit assessment and structuring blended finance solutions. Kafoyo’s work supports climate-smart and inclusive enterprise growth by leveraging private placement platforms and digital financial tools to connect early-stage social enterprises with institutional investors, asset managers, and impact investors. His foundation in credit and project finance enables him to assess risk effectively while driving sustainable development and financial inclusion through the GREENTECH4CE project.

Name of Staff: Lugano Nakamba
Position: Technical Officer- Green Circular  and Critical Raw Materials

As part of an integral GREENTech4CE team, Lugano will be responsible for overseeing technical and operational interactions with SMEs involved in the Green Recycling Enterprises Engaging in New Technology for a Circular Economy in Zambia (GREEN Tech4CE) Implementation Team. She will be accountable for managing the assigned portfolio, which encompasses pipeline generation through networking and information sessions, assisting in project refinement for contracting for each company within her portfolio, monitoring implementation progress, participating in monitoring and evaluation activities, conducting due diligence and capacity assessments, and providing technical assistance and coaching to the selected businesses within the portfolio.
