GREENTech4CE CALL III - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
The EU-funded GREENTech4CE project invites innovative business development service providers (BDSP) to submit proposals to support Startups, Micro and Small enterprises operating in Zambia's green, circular and digital economy including critical raw materials for inclusive growth in Zambia.
Who Can Apply:
- Business Development Business Service Providers
- Organizations with demonstrated experience in enterprise support incubation or capacity building
Eligible Focus Sectors:
- Manufacturing
- Mining (upstream and downstream) with a focus on artisanal mining in CRM
- Services
- Construction
- Creative Arts
- Digital
- Transport and Logistics
- Energy (renewable energy and waste to energy)
Funding:
EUR 60,000 – 150,000

BUSINESS GROWTH AND INNOVATION PRIZES
In an effort to stimulate innovation and continuous learning, GREENTech4CE will be supporting initiatives that raise awareness on environmental sustainability, technological advancements, and the development of innovative solutions.
To this effect, the project will provide support to institutions that design and operate incubators or innovation hubs by:
- Sponsoring awards and innovation prizes,
- Participating on evaluation committees, and
- Providing technical assistance, especially with a focus on women and youth innovators.
This support will align with thematic areas including green economy, circular economy, digital transformation, and critical raw materials (CRM).
Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) – Call III
Under this call, GREENTech4CE is providing grants between EUR 60,000 and EUR 150,000 to support Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) that incubate or accelerate startups and MSMEs in Zambia’s green, circular, digital economy and Critical Raw Materials.
Key Highlights:
- Total fund available: EUR 1,576,750
- Application window opens: 14 July 2025
- Application deadline: 29 August 2025
- Implementation period: 12 months
- Matching requirement: 25% (for most BDSPs); 15% (for those supporting Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining)
Eligible Institutions Include:
- Zambian-registered BDSPs operating for at least 2 years,
- Entities with proven track record in incubation or acceleration,
- Organizations serving startups, micro and small enterprises in sectors like manufacturing, construction, energy, creative industries, digital services, logistics, and artisanal mining (CRM).
