Business and Life coach Patrick Mercie will mark a memorable milestone in his own life, when he embarks on a dozen marathons in as many months to support Self Help Africa, over the coming year.<\/p>\n
Founder of Limerick based consultancy ‘Forward to Success’, Patrick will kick off a year of athletic effort when he joins the field at the start of the annual Dublin City Marathon on October 27th.<\/p>\n
No stranger to long-distance running, the Dublin event will in fact be Patrick’s 10th marathon, and will herald the start of a series of races he will enter in Ireland, the UK, mainland Europe and Africa in the year ahead.<\/p>\n
Patrick, who celebrates a landmark birthday in 2013 will complete his 12 in 12 months when he is joined by friends and supporters at the Clonakilty Marathon in County Cork in October 2014.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
