The post holder will also work with the Global Finance Team to improve the quality of systems of financial control and reporting in the country offices while capacity building local finance staff in the performance of their responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The key responsibilities for this role are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with review of management accounts, in conjunction with relevant Programme Staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform review of cash requests from country offices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review all financial reporting to donors and approve as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparation of proposal budgets ensuring cost recovery guidelines and donor rules are adhered to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the preparation of the annual country budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with Year End procedures and preparation for audit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review donor contracts in conjunction with other departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and train country office finance staff in areas such as:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of management accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Filing systems &amp; documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Year End procedures and preparation for audit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with the Organisation\u2019s procedures &amp; policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with donor procedures &amp;
