to Senior Positions at Self Help Africa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Self Help Africa is making appointments to a number of new senior positions, following a management restructure announced by CEO Feargal O\u2019Connell.<\/p><p>The restructure, which was approved by the Board of Directors at their recent quarterly meeting, responds to a desire to put into place a strong leadership structure to oversee the delivery of the organisation\u2019s recently launched five year global&nbsp;strategy, \u2018Sustainability &amp; Resilience in a Changing Climate.\u2019<\/p><p>Appointments will be made to leadership of four new directorates &#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;a Director of Finance and Operations, Director of Public Engagement, Director of International Programmes and Director of Impact, Strategy and Policy.&nbsp;&nbsp;A Head of Governance and Strategic Initiatives is also being created.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Find out more about the new roles here:<\/p><p><a
