1 - Register on the VHI events page for your for your race number and medal for just €10.

2 - Start your Facebook fundraiser for Self Help Africa and help support our vital work. Fill out the form below if you'd like a FREE Tshirt and sponsorship cards too!

3 - Take on a 10km run, walk or jog any time between 1-10 October - and anywhere you like!
